What can I say? This is your own apartment in Venice! It's clean, quiet, well appointed, and a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, vaporetto stops, the Accademia, and lots more. It's quite close to a busy pedestrian thoroughfare, but quiet nonetheless. Communication with the keyholders was efficient, and they came to meet us off the vaporetto (though, as long as you don't have too much luggage, it's also walkable from Piazza di Roma in about 15-20 minutes).
