Located in the emblematic Txofre square in the Gros neighbourhood, this flat is just a few minutes' walk from some of the most famous places in Donostia/San Sebastián, such as the Kursaal Conference Centre, Zurriola beach, the city centre and the Old Town. Furthermore, the Gros neighbourhood is the trendiest area of the city, where you can enjoy delicious pintxos and small local shops.



The flat, ideal for couples or families, is located in the heart of Plaza del Txofre, the old bullring of San Sebastian, which is now one of the favourite places for the residents of Gros. A multitude of bars and terraces create an incomparable atmosphere and allow you to start or end the day on the right foot.



The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed with access to a large balcony where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the square. The other room has two single beds and is very quiet and ideal for resting. Lovely apartment in a great location close to Zurriola Beach with bars and restaurants on the doorst

Perfect location close to the beach with a selection of food shops, bars and restaurants and surf hire shops on the doorstep. Small balcony overlooking a square which was well used but not noisy at night - in fact it was surprisingly quiet considering the location. Comfortable beds and sofa, very clean bathroom with a good shower and well equipped kitchen. The Old Town and the other beaches were only a 10/15 minute walk away. Would highly recommend - wish we could go back! Air con would have been a bonus as it was very hot when we were there but there were fans which could move around as needed.
