EN: It is shameful to be able to book when the host cannot accommodate us. It is impossible to be reimbursed when I had nothing to do with it. My money has been held hostage for two weeks. I had to book something else, obviously not with this thieves site. My money is being held hostage. I did not cancel the reservation because I will be refunded only 50%. It is serious... never again FR: C'est honteux de pouvoir réserver alors que l'hôte ne peux pas nous accueillir. Impossible de se faire rembourser alors que j'y suis pour rien. Mon argent est pris en otage depuis deux semaines. J'ai dû réserver autre chose, évidemment pas avec ce site de voleurs. Mon argent est en otage. Je n'ai pas annulé la réservation car je ne serai remboursée qu'à 50%. C'est grave... plus jamais
