Set in a small courtyard of similar properties, this charming cottage is located within the City Walls of Chester.
A short stroll finds you either down by the river, the race course or amongst a fabulous range of shops, restaurants and bars. This quiet location is fabulous.

The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home.

It offers the perfect stay for the races being just a short walk away, race goers can have early check-in/out where
possible or luggage drop. Subject to availability - Free street parking for 1 car on the
Fri/Sat/Sun is available outside the house using parking permits. For weekdays The Little Roodee carpark is just a 5-min walk away- five pounds for 12 hours or eight pound per 24hrs pay on departure.
Unlimited broadband is provided free of charge.
