The villa consists of two apartments each of 120sqm, with independent entrances. The ground floor apartment available to the property, the first floor apartment with completely independent south entrance and parking offers and guarantees maximum privacy for our guests

sunny villa's policy is to accept single bookings per week, for exclusive use so as not to have to share common and non-common areas with other guests, guests can access the pool and jacuzzi in total privacy and relaxation without having to wait or share these spaces with other guests because they will be the only ones to inhabit the entire first floor of the villa.
