The beds (3 bedrooms) are: 1 Kingsize-bed, one 160cmx190cm and one Queensize. Own BBQ, private lounge area, private double garage, mediterranean garden (completely fenced) and terraces, New in 2025: sunshade in front of the sleeping rooms for more privacy and relax! WIFI, 55" Smart-TV, printer for smartworking, alarm system, safe complete the highlevel equipment of this villa. American coffee & Nespresso machine. Some capsules for welcome coffee. Next restaurant can be reached by a short walk. Wonderful delis and tradtional local food nearby. Lots of sports possible; do not miss also the Arena of Verona during its opera season !
