Comfortable condo in the heart of Huntsville.

Thanks for your stay, Lewis, and for the feedback. When you messaged that the AC wouldn’t drop below 73°, I came out that night around 9pm. After a quick service check I got the system cooling and it reached 70°. You later noted it wouldn’t go below 70°. This is a 2-bedroom, ~1,000 sq ft condo, so it needs some time to pull the temperature down especially after doors are opened or the thermostat is set very low. During your stay I found the thermostat set to 65° (I took a photo and sent it to you). Running the system that low can cause the coils to freeze, so I asked that it not be set below 68°. I also offered a full refund and the option to relocate if cooling remained an issue, but you chose to continue your stay and I didn’t hear further concerns. Guest comfort is very important to me, and I respond quickly to any issues. I’ll keep reinforcing thermostat guidance and continue regular maintenance to ensure great stays for future guests.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that when you raised your concerns, I immediately offered to cancel your reservation and issue a full refund, but you chose to stay. I also kindly asked you to send photos of what you saw so I could address the issue properly, but no photos were provided. Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to me, and I take all concerns seriously. I only wish you’d accepted the resolution I offered so we could have avoided this outcome.

Thank you for your feedback, Brina. We take all guest experiences seriously. However, this is the first time we’ve received any complaints about noise from neighbors. Multiple guests have stayed at this property and have not mentioned any such issues. It’s also worth noting that you were in town for a festival, and while the second day of the festival was unfortunately canceled, we understand that plans may have changed as a result. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was impacted, and we always strive to provide the best stay possible for our guests.

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay from May 29 to June 1. I want to note that you waited a full week after checking out to raise these concerns. At no point during your stay did you reach out to notify me of any issues despite having the option to do so from the moment you arrived. You also chose to book the property for several days, which suggests you initially intended to stay and were satisfied enough to proceed. Had you contacted me on the first day, I would have had the opportunity to address your concerns immediately and work toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot reasonably offer reimbursement for issues that were never reported during the stay itself. I take all guest feedback seriously and am continuously working to improve the space, but I also expect timely and fair communication in return.
