Situated along idyllic Regent's Canal, this secluded terrace house is a rare sight in the area, and is ideal for friends or families to explore London. It's only 10-20 minutes walk from Camden Town and the famous Camden Market, and is just a short walk from King's Cross Station, which is where you can also find platform 9 3/4 from the Harry Potter movies!
The house has a private back garden and a canal view, making it feel like a real part of nature. The living area opens up to the said garden and comes equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a large glass door that lets in lots of natural sunlight and make the space feel bright, especially during the British Summertime when you can leave it wide open to let in lots of fresh air. The dining table can also be used as a work desk, and the TV facing the sofa has direct connectivity to your favourite streaming services. The garden is private and has a high fence and has a BBQ - the perfect setting to enjoy a meal al fresco.
There's a dedicated kitchen separate from the living room, and is fully equipped with conveniences such as a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It is small but equipped with everything you need to cook at home. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a mirror cabinet, a bathtub with a shower and a splash guard, and a window. It also has toiletries and towels provided at no extra cost. There's also an additional WC located in my home
Upstairs, the first bedroom is an airy room appointed with a double bed, a work desk and a window with a view of the Regents Canal. The second bedroom offers ample space with a king-size bed, an extra-soft mattress, hotel-quality linens, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a mirror and a window with a view of the Regents Canal. The second bedroom also has a radiator to keep you warm and toasty.

Guests will have access to the entire home!
Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
