Antica Casa Balsari is a 1695 building in the main square of the village that offers very comfortable flats. The house has all the modern comforts, but retains the charm and character of its important past. The holiday home part of the Antica Casa Balsari consists of 7 flats on 3 levels, accessed by an external staircase (there is no lift).

The house overlooks the Italian-style garden in a private and refined setting. Guests have the possibility of using the garden, which is shared with the other guests. The garden is Italian-style with ancient camellia trees that create a unique atmosphere in March when they are in bloom.

Guests can use the barbecue, surrounded by a garden of aromatic plants and tables for eating al
fresco.

The space for hanging out and the rustic relaxation area are very useful. Bicycles for both adults and children are available for guests to take rides in nature, from the Ticino Park to the Bosco Solivo.
