Just 5 min walk to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and 8 mins to Gunwharf Quays, this first floor flat (no lift) is in the heart of it all (but just far enough away to afford peace and quiet). It's well appointed with all new appliances and digital conveniences. Take a stroll then come home to watch the sun set!

The apartment is situated up 2 flights of stairs, fully equipped with a bathtub and shower over, a queen size sofa bed in the living room (perfect for families with children), fast and unlimited WiFi, smart TV, compact kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine. The cozy and well lit double bedroom has a desk well suited to use as a workspace or makeup station. The dining table affords a great view for people watching, affords a lovely view of a park with playground, and can extend to easily seat four (or also serve as a space for remote working).
