Access to the building via the large door off North(Princes Place) Street on the ground level. Access to the apartment is via the stairs up to the 1st floor.
Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay.

Upon arrival in Brighton, guests can collect the door key from the lockbox. The location and the access code will be provided the day before check-in. Guests will be asked to return the key to the same shop when checking out.

Central property

Good base for exploring the area with very quiet residents in the rest of the building. A little noisy outside at night due to being central and close to pubs & restaurants.

Central but quiet

A great find! Although it's very central, with views over the Pavillion gardens, it's very quiet. I would have booked this property again had it been available for my dates. I did have a little trouble manipulating the lock box which is low down, at the side of the building but the team were very quick to help solve the issue.
