A few steps from the famous Teatro del Silenzio, Villa Altea is the place where the quiet of nature becomes charm. Among the green Tuscan hills, north of the charming town of Volterrà, where the summer fields reflect gold, this enchanting residence is able to offer relaxation and peace in absolute freedom. The dwelling has 6 double bedrooms for a total of 12 beds, a large equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, four burners, crockery, dining table and chairs and, together, a large living area, six bathrooms, a furnished outdoor patio, and a private pool with whirlpool.

In the outdoor spaces, instead, you will find an area for eating outdoors, a barbecue area, and a completely fenced plot to entertain even the children but in absolute tranquility. Around you, there will be a world to discover thanks to excursions to the towns of
Lajatico, the city where the famous tenor Andrea Bocelli was born, is based around a castle of the Xxii century, of Volterra, which together with Lucca and Siena represents one of the Tuscan capitals for the beauty of things to see, of Montopoli Valdarno, on top of a tuff hill. Not far away is San Gimignano, a unique place with an almost unchanged appearance over time, and Bolgheri, where some of the best
Italian wines are produced. If you love silence, this is truly an ideal place.
