This apartment is situated in one of The Most Quint essentially English Sea-side towns in the North of England with over 22 miles of coast. The Grade II listed Southport Pier is the oldest iron pier in the country standing for over 150 years.
The Space:
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Lord Street, set back in the old posting office building. It has all the original features with very large ceilings and big sash windows.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 bathrooms (1 En-suite) . Each bedroom has Egyptian cotton sheets and deep mattress toppers for sheer comfort. Both bathroom suites have Villroy & Bosch designer showers, toilets, sinks and one bathroom also has a bath. The open plan living space has a fabulous high spec kitchen with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob and oven, dining table with chairs and 2 sofas. One of the sofas transforms into a comfortable fold down bed - making this apartment sleep 6 guests comfortably.

Guests have the whole apartment, there are no shared areas.
Access to the apartment is via a lockbox, convenient for guests to check in and out at their leisure.

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and there are lots of shops on the doorstep.
Getting Around:
The train station is a 10 minute walk away.
There are an abundance of taxi services which operates in the area.
