It is a very quiet environment and only 10 minutes walk from the centre. The villa is built on 3 levels and has large terraces and a solarium on the roof, perfect for relaxing, dining with family or friends or sunbathing.... It has an interior lift that connects all floors.

Inside the villa there are 2 living rooms, 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and access to different terraces, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is also a comfortable garage in the basement.
