Great stay

Plenty of space for big groups (we had our young children, my in laws, and another couple). Very convenient, quiet location with easy access to the beach and old town. Aside from a few squeaky doors/beds, we didn’t have anything to complain about. Would definitely recommend staying here

Ideal location and beautiful property

This property is in a gorgeous building typical of the old town. Minutes walk from the beach and the old town restaurant district. Very quiet and safe street with cars allowed only for the hotels. The apartment is well appointed and very charming. We had a great time here and San Sebastián was our favourite city in Spain.

Nice San Sebastián apartment in a prime location

We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Great location but multiple maintenance issues

Great location, lots of space for 7 people. BUT low quality furnishings, stuff falling apart—the plastic chairs were wobbly and we discovered they were missing bolts & screws so coming apart. Shower head came off the hose, toilet was leaking/constantly running, cabinet/closet doors falling off…they fixed most of it but it was a lot (also tile floor is cracked so beware walking barefoot. Did not significantly affect our stay but inconvenient and definitely not as nice looking as the pics. Also we couldn’t check in until after 5 which was very inconvenient and the office hours were limited.
