Newly restored stone house on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and bathroom. Parking and terrace available. Boca do Rio is only 2 km away. The house is situated on a quiet estate on the edge of the village with no traffic or noise.

The house also has a small plot with lawn and another property for parking. Canedo is a quiet group of houses away from the traffic and the main road. The house is situated on the side of the village with no traffic and offers absolute tranquillity.

Bed linen, kitchenware and towels, electricity, gas, water and final cleaning are included in the price. Pellets for heating are included in the price from October to May.
