The main living area features an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area carefully divided by our custom-built divider wall. The handmade bespoke dining table, seats four people comfortably. It is also an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business. In the living area, relax on the plush corner sofa and enjoy the Samsung Smart TV with full entertainment package, Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard.
Style meets functionality in the fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook and entertain at the same time. Complete with an electric fan oven, ceramic induction hob, compact fridge, and freezer, as well as some additional home comforts such as a Nespresso coffee machine for you to enjoy.
Both the main bathroom and the ensuite bathroom are seamlessly crafted with micro-cement, enhancing the feeling of indulgence and refinement. You will find two sizeable walk-in showers, complete with rain showerheads for a complete experience. Guest Access:
Check-in and check-out instructions will be available to you via your Guest Pass sent to you upon booking.
In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs. This apartment is located on the first floor, up one flight of stairs.
You may be required to take the waste out to the waste deposit area located on site. Details will be provided in your Guest Pass.
All manuals for all electronic items can be found in an apartment help book folder, in a drawer in the kitchen.
There are a number public pay and display street parking spaces available all around the development.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Northern Quarter. The nearest tram stop is Shudehill which also has a bus station to be able to get just about anywhere in the city.
Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest pass, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fees are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
