Located on the ground floor this luxury apartment has a tropical themed interior but with very high end and modern finish. This is a brand new property located in Pau 28, Villamartin and is a 15 minute walk/ 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and bar.

The Space:
You enter the apartment straight into the open plan Kitchen / Main living space with modern tropical furnishings, sofa, four person dining table and smart tv. There is American style kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher. There is a hallway leading from the right- hand side of the living room. Along this hallway you have the family bathroom with walk in shower to the right. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway to the left and has a double bed with en-suite that also has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway, this has twin single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is an additional single bed stored underneath the singles beds that can be used as well. the From the living room you access the terrace / Garden area. There is a six person dining table perfect for dinning al fresco and a pair of wicker chairs with coffee table, an outdoor sofa area and two sunlougers. The garden also has artificial grass. There is both hot and cold Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. This property is also child friendly with a travel cot and highchair there for usage. The communal pool is to the right of the property and has grass surroundings to relax upon.

The Neighborhood:
Amenecer IV is located in Pau 28, Villamartin. There are three golf courses within a 10 minute drive - VillaMartin, Campomor and Las Ramblas and more in the surrounding area.
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10 minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard. Where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
There are many blue flagged beaches within an easy distance to enjoy the Spanish coastline. Playa La Zenia is one of Orihuela's most visited beaches and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig.

We recommend a car to make the most of your stay in Orihuela Costa.
