About this property

We offer for tourist rent a spacious new-build villa in a closed urbanization in the Villamartin area (Orihuela Costa). The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an American style kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium. The urbanization has 2 communal swimming pools (one heated), a playground and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all household appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. On the solarium there is a cozy area with a barbecue. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area is well-developed infrastructure: La Zenia shopping center is about 10 minutes walk. To the sea and the beach about three kilometers. Accommodation option - up to 7 people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is allowed only in open areas!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
