Welcome to Apartment Mediteránea, a cozy, homely space of Approx. 85m2, located on the 1st floor of a modern building with an elevator offering step-free access! It is perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. It's a walkers paradise and scores 99/100 in WalkScore so no car is required to enjoy the local area. A quick 5 minute walk gets you to the scenic beach or the beautiful town center which boasts everything you need and more. And, if you fancy visiting Barcelona or Tarragona you are just a short 10-minutes walk away from the train station.



The apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating, providing comfort in any season. It also offers the convenience of private parking, accessible via an elevator from the apartment.



Upon entering, you'll find a welcome station containing a helpful home manual with local guide and some personal recommendations. You'll then be greeted by a bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable corner sofa and a dining space for up to 6 people. Feel free to challenge your friends to a game night with the selection of board games available or the PlayStation.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need. The kitchen offers a breakfast seating space which seamlessly connects to the living area. An expanse of south-facing patio doors allows plenty of natural light and fresh air into the apartment.



There are three bedrooms, one ensuite. The main bedroom features two comfortable singles beds which can also be joined together to make a large double bed. There is a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and lots of natural light. There is also an ensuite bathroom with walkin shower. In the second bedroom there are also two single beds which can be joined together to make a large double bed. There is a wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom offers a double sofa bed, clothes rail, and a desk/chair setup hich is perfect for catching up on work or enjoying some quiet reading time.



The second bathroom is modern and equipped with both a bath and shower options, allowing you to unwind however you prefer. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.



One of the highlights of this apartment is the large south-facing balcony, offering 180º views of the plaza. It's an ideal spot for outdoor dining or just sipping your morning coffee in the sunshine.



Located in a pedestrian-only plaza, the kids can enjoy the children's park while you grab a delicious treat from the patisserie, or stock up on essentials at the supermarket. For dining options, you'll find a variety of cafes and restaurants just steps away.
