Duplex two bedroom sleeps 8 ideal for Midweek contractor or Visitors

This spacious two-bed Duplex apartment in our Victoria Street apartment has 6 single beds.
Our block and is ideal for the Business traveller or the dedicated sightseers, in the heart of Liverpool city centre area. There are a number of great architectural sights locally, as well as great restaurants and bars.
If you require 1 nights stay please send a request and we will accommodate
No smoking is allowed on the premises, cctv is fitted for your safety throughout the building and in the communal area.

Please note if dates are not available please contact us for arrangements, we may still be able to accommodate.

Also please note we will apply a discount depending on the length of your stay for two or more people.

Please Note all booking will be moved to our new premises on Victoria street.
If there is any information that you require to enhance your stay whether it be about theatres and historic places or restaurants and bars then please don't hesitate to ask us
This is a nice,quiet neighbourhood right outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
It's ideally located for everyone who wants easy access into central Liverpool's shops, restaurants and bars, football stadium tours and the famous Albert Dock waterfront. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the business district and part of the Liverpool university and John Moores.
There is on street parking is available but if you feel like getting out and about in the fresh air, the city bike scheme has a stand right outside the main entrance. There is also a local shop open late for all those essential items.
All room except the utility cupboard.
We have an open plan living space with two separate rooms, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed or a twin with plenty of space and the second room has 4 Single beds, we feel the apartment as a whole is bright and spacious.
