A newly redecorated Victorian listed cottage in the heart of Canterbury.

We offer the very highest of standards and the quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels, self check-in and 24/7 Guest support.

We have a 24/7 guest services team who are a phone call away and will assist you with all your needs however big or small.

The space
This is a Victorian listed cottage in the heart of Canterbury. It has a lot of history and was originally the local grocery corner store and therefore the front room is almost all glass panes on two sides. There are two unusual small glass 'windows' in the staircase, so the shop owner could see if anyone had come into the shop, when they were in the back room.

The downstairs of the property holds a comfortable front room with a two seater sofa and two arm chairs to relax in front of the smart TV after your busy day in the town. There is also a lovely kitchen equipped with everything you will need during your stay, this room also holds a dinning table to comfortably seat four guests.

Carrying on upstairs into the property there is the large master bedroom with a lovely double bed, this room also has space to store your clothes during your stay. There is a second bedroom also containing a double bed. Lastly you will find the family bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink.

This house is solely for the use of our guests.

Other things to note
This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, there is also rolls of purple waste bags, please only use these, they are Canterbury Council Waste Bags and the only ones allowed for waste collection in the area. .

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

Thank you for your interest in our property, we would like to remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy; Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival.

Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners are put up in the property.
