About this property
Cosy City Centre Oasis | Sleeps 4 | Amazing location
Very central 2 bedroom apartment in a recently renovated Victorian Terrace.
At 400m (5 min walk) from Canterbury Cathedral we are perfectly located on a quiet lane. We are close to both train stations and the bus station.
The space is light filled with high speed fibre internet throughout, 4K Netflix in the living room and all amenities provided.
There are many restaurants, pubs and cafes a stones throw from the property.
The space:
Entrance: Off the street with a smart-lock for self check-in
Lounge: The lounge is light-filled with 4k Netflix and a bay window seat allowing one to watch passers by.
Front bedroom: Double bedroom on the first floor which is light filled and has a desk for your use. There is an Apple 23" HD Monitor for your use with a variety of connectors.
Rear bedroom: Double bedroom on the first floor attached to the en-suite bathroom. The room receives wonderful afternoon light and sunsets in the evenings. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities.
En-suite Bathroom: ensuite bathroom with double shower. Please note that this is the only bathroom and can only be accessed through this bedroom.
I am often away travelling, but when in the UK, I live in the back of the property in a converted studio flat and use a separate rear entrance. There is a locked door separating both areas.
Other things to note:
With enough notice, parking can be organised (from check-in time to check-out time) at a cost of £9 per night. Please contact me to organise this.
Please note that there is no kitchen or laundry facilities in the property. There is however a mini fridge, microwave and kettle for your use.
The house is a Victorian terrace and therefore the stairs are quite steep and narrow.
During the winter months the house is heated to 20 degrees.

About the host
Your host
Hi, I’m 32, from the UK and grew up in Canterbury.
Having spent my 20s travelling and working a variety of sales/finance jobs, I decided to settle in Canterbury for a while and realise my dream of renovating a house for Airbnb!

Why they chose this property
Canterbury is vibrant and buzzing with beautiful cobbled streets and plenty to do! Love Lane is a stones throw for everything happening in the city centre.
What makes this property unique
Love Lane is a Victorian terrace that was built in 1888! It was loving restored by my dad & I in 2021.
