A very mixed review.
We find it very difficult to choose between a smiley face and a sad one, as our experience was a combination of the two.
We have major complaints about the bedrooms, TV, and kitchen.
The beds were comfortable but the lack of blinds on the windows significantly interfered with proper sleep.
Connectivity with the TV cable was an issue - it worked very sporadically and we could only occasionally watch YouTube. No other stations. More often than not, we got the message that we were not connected. The dishwasher worked once, and the next two times would not work so we ended up having to take out all the dirty dishes and wash by hand - the lack of a draining board made this quite tricky. Only one burner on the stove top was operational and this worked only after a couple of visits from the rental staff. She was quick to respond but also wondered why a new stove top should be so non-functional.
Although the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. there was no salad bowl, or any other larger bowls or dishes to heat things up in the microwave.
We are a couple that are very experienced with self catering properties on holidays and we don’t normally complain. We sincerely believe that these improvements will insure future tenants are happy to give you a smiley emoji.
