10 person holiday home in Rudkøbing-By Traum

Holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna. From the house you can observe the ocean and the beautiful natural landscape that characterises the area. The design has put great emphasis on keeping the cottage bright and the large windows help to that effect. There is a large open/covered terrace with garden furniture and 60 m² open terrace around the house. The garden is enclosed by a fence which means the pets can run freely. There are two bathrooms, one with a 2-person whirlpool, sauna and shower. Combined living/dining room furnished with furniture in the best Danish quality. The living room is also equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, a digital TV system and PlayStation. The kitchen is with ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood, microwave and 2 freezers. 2 extra freezers for the freshly caught fish.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Eine passenderes Impressum zum Haus. Im jetzigen wird mit 4 Toiletten geworben, das war nicht zutreffend. Zudem war das Haus nicht für 10 Personen ausgelegt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen reichen für max. 8, die Schlafplätze für 6. Den Giebel als Schlafmöglichkeit für 4 Personen anzugeben ist unrealistisch. Da es da sehr flach isr und man da nicht mal auf der Matratze sitzen knn kann und wenn man hinten liegt muss man über alle anderen drüber klettern. Zudem waren viele Geräte in der Küche sehr schmutzig, das Geschirr musste vor der ersten Nutzung nochmal gereinigt werden. In dem einen Schlafzimmer mit dem TV konnte dieser aufgrund fehlender Kabel nicht genutzt werden. Die controller der Playstation hat nicht funktioniert. Der Service der sich diesbzgl. am Donnerstag gemeldet hat, hat sich erst spät als Dan Center Mitarbeiter ausgegeben. Verständigung war schwierig, da meine Englischkentnisse beschränkt sind und die Mitarbeiterin kein Deutsch konnte. Da hätte ich mir einen anderen Kontakt mit entsprechenden sprachlichen Kenntnissen gewünscht um die Dinge klären zu können.

Entäuschung

Abgesehen von dem desolaten Zustand der Sauberkeit des Hauses war der Aufenthalt in Langeland sehr schön. Das Haus ist für Fischer nicht geeignet da es keine Möglichkeiten gibt die nasse Kleidung und Schuhe irgendwo zum trocknen auf zu hängen!
