Bungalow by the Sea with Sauna in Germany

A variety of holiday accommodations are available at Hansapark Resort am Meer.

There are 4-person single-storey semi-detached bungalows (DE-23730-03), and these luxurious modern bungalows are located in a separate part of the resort. You can enjoy a sea view from the terrace with garden furniture.

There are also 4-person holiday apartments (DE-23730-04). These comfortable and luxurious apartments.

There is also a link-detached 6-person variant (DE-23720-05). This stately, luxurious row house comes with a hot tub, two bedrooms and an open sleeping gallery on the attic level.

All accommodations (bungalows and apartments) have a cosy woodstove, a sauna and a washing machine. There is parking for one car per reservation near the accommodation.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. Wir bekamen statt der bestätigten Wohnung im EG die Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Unter uns im Erdgeschoss wurde die Wohnung saniert, Fliesen geschnitten, gebohrt, gehämmert und trotz der niedrigen Temperaturen standen die Haustür und Schlafzimmertür weit offen. Wir mussten in unserer Wohnung die Fußbodenheizung hoch stellen damit es warm wurde. Zum Glück waren wir oft nur abends da weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss war in Ordnung, das Ablesen der Wasseruhr hinten links neben der Waschmaschine kurz über dem Fußboden ein Balanceakt. Mit 65 Jahren ist man nicht mehr so gelenkig, dass man knieend mit nur einer Hand die Wasseruhr mal eben schnell fotografieren kann. Trotzdem haben wir ein paar schöne Tage am Meer verbracht.

Nicht so toll- Toilettenpapier selbst kaufen und Geschirrhandtücher haben wir nicht aufm Schirm gehabt. In den Schlafzimmern waren jeweils Blutverschmierte Stellen an den Wänden, Schrank. Ich denke das waren Mückenrückstände. Das diese nicht vom Reinigungspersonal gesehen wurden war schade! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich würde nochmal wieder kommen!

Bei Ankunft leider noch einen nassen Boden vorgefunden. Geschirr mussten wir erst einmal alles in den Spüler stecken da es verdreckt gewesen ist. Im Bett haben wir auch noch benutze Taschentücher gefunden die wir entsorgt haben. Nach dem wir alles aufgeräumt hatten war es dann auch ein schöner Urlaub.

Sauberkeit der FeWo eine Katastrophe

Die Lage des Ferienparks unittelbar neben Freizeitpark und Ostsee ist super. Nach dem Check In fanden wir eine FeWo vor, die alles andere als sauber war. in den Schubfächern der Schränke fanden wir Haare vor. Das Bad sowie die Küche waren ebenfalls noch schmutzig. Die Kissen von der Couch einfach dreckig und ekelig. Wir haben uns sofort beschwert. Doch auch eine nochmalige Grundreinigung kann den Eindruck einer abgewohnten Ferienwohnung nicht verdrängen. Wir waren schon in vielen FeWos an der Ostsee. Doch so eine schmutzige Wohnung haben wir bisher noch nie gehabt. Mein Fazit: Ab und an sollte man die Zimmer auch einmal renovieren. Der Urlaub kostet ja schließlich auch eine Stange Geld. Nochmal werden wir wohl nicht dorthin fahren.

Die Ferienanlage war ganz schön, die Einrichtung unserer Ferienwohnung war gut. Leider war im Bad nur eine Wanne mit Dusche, mit sehr hohem Einsteig. Das Schlafzimmer hatte Deckenfenster ohne Rollos, deshalb war es sehr warm und auch morgens ab 5 Uhr hell. Es hätte auch etwas sauberer sein können, die Sofakissen hatten Flecken und in den Ecken war noch Staub.

Inventarstücke verschmutzt

Unser Aufenthalt war super, konnten sogar nach etwas Wartezeit früher ins Haus als angegeben. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Empfangspersonal. Das war am Boden frisch gereinigt. Allerdings wurden die Spinnenweben an der Decke im Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer länger nicht entfernt. Zudem waren dreckige Gläser vom Vermieter im Schrank, die ich sofort austauschen konnte an der Rezeption. In der Dusche waren noch Haare😱 Im Bad gibt es meines Erachtens nach nicht genug abstellmöglichkeiten ( in der Dusche und Waschbecken) für diverse Sachen…
