Direct access from the living room to the conservatory which opens out to one of the big terraces. If it gets too hot in the summer, you can open the doors to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The house is located on a large natural plot with a lawn perfect for the children to play on. The children could also play in the sandbox. The house is placed in a popular area with a short distance to a number of attractions and sights. Djursland has a lot of child-friendly beaches and activities for the entire family.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
