4 person holiday home in Hejls-By Traum

Comfortable holiday cottage located in a quiet area with panoramic views over the Little Belt. There is Solar Venti (free, dry and warm air into the house). The terrace is equipped with grill and garden furniture. There are 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool with integrated steam cabin. The functional kitchen has all appliances and modern facilities including cooker with ceramic hob. The living room is kept in bright colours and has a wood-burning stove. The house is perfect for the small family. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Lage, und Aufteilung der Zimmer war top, Carport bei Ankunft im Regen super, Sehr nah am Strand, etwas Seesicht vom Wohnbereich und Terrasse schön, Teilweise wenig Ablagen oder Haken, keine Schubladen in den Schlafzimmern, Ausstattung der Küche gut, Allerdings sind die vielen Küchenutensilien schon in die Jahre gekommen, Z,B, große Messerauswahl, aber viele so stumpf, dass ich erst mit dem vierten Messer eine Karotte schneiden konnte, Erfreulich, dass ein Mixer vorhanden, Das Litermaß zum Abmessen schon sehr kaputt, Einiges müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, Kostet nicht viel, Keine Putzmittel vorhanden, nur ein paar Geschirrspültabs, Es war grundsätzlich sauber, aber eine Grundreinigung wäre an einigen Stellen angebracht, Für ¬ 135 Endreinigungspreis könnte man das erwarten, Preisleistungsverhältnis insgesamt aber gut bis sehr gut,
