About this property

Close to the North Zealand coast is this lovely cottage with a beautiful garden for relaxation and play. The house is well furnished with open kitchen / dining room, living room with wood burning stove, internet and TV. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. The decor is complete and cozy. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, and dishwasher. Three bedrooms & # 8211; two with double beds and one with bunk bed for 2 people. In the garden there is garden furniture, barbecue, trampoline, football goal and playhouse for cozy moments outdoors. Two terraces & # 8211; open and covered. The house is heated with air / air heat pump. After 1100 m you are on the beach in Rågeleje and 500 m to the local grocery store. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
