The house has a cozy kitchen open to the dining and living room. The house also has 3 good bedrooms with plenty of closet space – 3 rooms with double beds – and a bathroom. The living room opens onto one of the two secluded terraces, which are located on both sides of the house. The terraces offer ample opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and your evening meal under the open sky. The summer house also has a cozy fire pit, which is perfect for socializing and baking bread on a stick all year round, and there are several cozy corners around the large grounds. The grounds are also ideal for games and play – in other words, a great house for active families. Youth groups not allowed – Free final cleaning included!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
