Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located on 2500 m2 large natural plot approx. 600 meters from the fantastic sandy beach at Tornby. The house contains a large, bright and inviting living room with leather sofa group, small extra sitting area and dining area. There is a TV with satellite dish and DVD, wifi, stereo and wood burning stove. In connection with the living room there is a kitchen, which is screened with a half wall. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms with double beds and ample closet space. In addition, there is a 12 m2 large loft with 2 sleeping places. There is also a TV here. In addition, there is a cot and high chair. The house has two bathrooms. The large has a whirlpool and extra wide shower as well as access to the sauna. The small bathroom also has a shower. There is underfloor heating in all tile floors. Large wooden terraces around the house with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, of which 22 m2 covered terrace. In the garden there is a swing, slide and sandpit. At the entrance there is a wheelchair ramp up to the terrace and to the door. All interior doors are wide, so the house is wheelchair accessible. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
