Das Haus ist nicht sauber. Viel überfällige Wartung. Schwimmbad nicht sauber. Sauna und Tischtennisplatte nicht vorhanden. Schlechte Betten, schmutzige Bettdecken und Matratzen. Schimmeliger Duschvorhang, Duschabflüsse, die nicht richtig abfließen. Terrassen- und Gartenmöbel voller Vogelkot. Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Für ein Haus für 18 Personen ist nur 1 Schlüssel vorhanden, das ist wirklich zu wenig. Belvilla antwortet nicht auf verärgerte E-Mails. Glücklicherweise hat das örtliche Dancenter ein wenig aufgeräumt und saubere Bettwäsche mitgebracht. Kein Empfang und keine Erklärung bei der Ankunft.
