Charming cottage located in the cozy cottage area Sønderklit by Lyngså Strand. The cottage is ideal for both families with children and couples who want to slow down and is furnished with a well-equipped bright kitchen, dining area and living room with heat pump as well as three good rooms, one of which is in the annex, and spacious bathroom with shower. The lovely conservatory with electric wood stove is cozy and provides a good light. Here is room for peace and quiet while you can enjoy the view of the south-facing plot with swing. The cottage is located in an area where there are several beautiful nature experiences to be found. To the north is Professorens Plantage with beautiful heathland right down to the beach and to the south is the game reserve Stensnæs, which has a rich bird life and beautiful sandbanks far out to sea. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
