Why stay here?

This is a over 200 years old half-timbered house, which hasretained the original ceiling height of 182 cm on the upper floor. The other 3 bedrooms on the upper floor have been renovated and there is a new roof and toilet built upstairs. The garden is partially fenced.

Things to do around

Winters are fun with skiing on the Ore Mountains. You will also love kitesurfing in the artificial lake Medard. Karlovy Vary and Becherovka Museum can be easily reached via a Diana cable car. Do check out the hot springs Colonnades at Karlovy Vary and Marienbad. WWI Military Cemetery and Sauersack Tin Factory are worth a visit. Pod Kaštanem near Karlovy Vary is where you will find delicious Czech delicacies. Schöneck Vogtland offers spa and wellness facilities and a pool.

Hallo, Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gern nach Loucna ins Ferienhaus Anna, war jetzt das dritte Mal. Es ist wie nach Hause zu kommen. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit zwei Tischen zum spielen, an einem Doppelkopf, am anderen Siedler. Wer nicht mitspielt, macht es sich in der Couch und den Sesseln gemütlich. Dazu lodert im Kamin das wärmende Feuer. Auf dem großen TV haben wir auch mal eine Film geschaut, und Fotos angeguckt. Neues Highlight ist der Whirlpool, den wir uns mit dem Holzofen auf 39°C geheizt haben; sehr schön zur Erholung nach unseren Wanderungen, Schnee war ja leider nicht soviel diesmal. Nächstes Mal im Schnee wird das noch schöner. Übernahme und Übergabe läuft so schön unkompliziert, da ja alles inklusive ist. Und alles ist wirklich sauber, die Zimmer und die Küche sind gut eingerichtet, und dank der drei Toiletten muss man nie warten. Ich möchte eigentlich gar nicht soviel schwärmen, nicht dass es dann schon vermietet ist, wenn wir nächstes Mal wiederkommen wollen. Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Tschechien in ein Ferienhaus. Geschrieben haben wir noch nie etwas. Diesmal hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir eine Ausnahme machen möchten. Von der Lage her war das Haus für uns und unseren Hund ideal. Es ist das letzte Haus im Ort, man hat keine direkten Nachbarn und hört nur das Rauschen der Bäume. Es gibt ein grosses Grundstück mit mehreren Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Da es öfters regnete, mussten wir auch viel Zeit im Haus verbringen. Was uns dabei besonders gefallen hat waren die bequemen Sitzmöbel, die es in anderen Ferienhäusern leider selten gab. Das Haus selbst ist sehr alt und man muss auch schon mal den Kopf einziehen. ;-). Aber es ist toll wieder hergerichtet und modernisiert. Es war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Nochmal vielen Dank an den sehr netten Vermieter.

Schönes historisches Haus mit praktischer, komfortabler Einrichtung, sehr netter Gastgeber, wir lieben das kleine Skigebiet in Bublava, und danach Spieleabend im Häuschen, draußen Schneemann, und Iglu, alles supi. Danke, wir kommen gern wieder.
