Nice Place, could have better customer service

The place was fantastic, but the upstairs shower was broken when we got there. They couldn't fix it while we were there and had to share the one shower. We tried to ask them to waive the hot tub heater fee of €50, and they would only waive half. Given the amount of money we spent on our stay there, it would have been nicer of the owner to waive the fee entirely. I felt like we were cheaped out on.

However we are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that while the upstairs shower door was not working properly, the shower itself remained functional. In addition, we had already provided a discount on the hot tub heater fee as a gesture of goodwill. We believe that our pricing reflects the experience provided and while we strive to address all concerns fairly within our policies, it seems there was an intention to make the most of your stay. Nevertheless, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
