Perfect for a family or group of 6 persons, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Città di Castello. The holiday home comes with a swimming pool that offers beautiful views while you take a refreshing dip or bask in the sun.

The beautiful town of Città di Castello and the surrounding region are more beautiful when explored on bicycles. For restaurants, you need to go only 3 km. At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.

Sie müssen ein bisschen fahren, um irgendwohin zu gelangen, die Zeit, um dorthin zu gelangen, ist länger, als Sie angesichts der Kilometer, die Sie fahren, erwarten würden.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Gepflegtes Haus, geräumig, ausreichende Küchenausstattung, schöne Domäne. Sehr abgelegen, auch für Ausflüge ist man lange unterwegs. Schöner und gepflegter Pool, zu wenige Sonnenschirme und wegen des ständigen Windes du nicht verlassen kann sie öffnen. Vielleicht auf dem Rasen eine gute Idee , Bäume zu pflanzen neben den Pool für Schatten. In Fracasso ein sehr gutes Restaurant, La Collina, Montag geschlossen.
