Muy buena relación calidad precio
La limpieza, el equipamiento y el trato personal
Aislamiento del apartamento. El cristal con el sol hacia que pareciese un efecto invernadero.
También la ventilación, ya que si abrías la ventana no tenias intimidad. Lo ideal ventanas que se abriesen en la parte superior (como en el apartamento que está al lado)
