A beautifully restored house in southern Tuscany, looking out over vineyards and olive groves, this property is an ideal base for a large group as it sleeps up to 10 people in comfort.

Spread over two floors, the house has been divided into 2 spacious apartments which are joined by an internal staircase. Both have airy living rooms with open fireplace, sofa, Smart TV and doors leading out to terraces. There are 2 well-equipped kitchens, each with with cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso machine. The upper apartment also has a dishwasher.

The house offers two terraces, one on each level, linked by a stone staircase. The upper apartment has an outdoor dining area for relaxed meals al fresco, the lower apartment has an attractive outdoor seating area. There is also a wood-burning oven and BBQ. On the lower terrace, there is a children’s play area.

There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and antique wardrobes. One bedroom has 2 single beds. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

The house has 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en suite and the 4th, on the upper floor, is shared by 2 bedrooms. Three bathrooms have showers and one has a full bath with shower head, all have a basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The house is wonderfully placed between the Valdichiana and the Val d\'Orcia, just 1km from the centre of the Etruscan town of Montepulciano. Montepulciano is world-famous for its excellent wine and there are many wine cellars where you can taste it. The historic centre is a medieval pearl rich in history and culture, events and traditions.

Other delightful day trips include Chianciano Terme (20 minutes), where you can pamper yourself with spa treatments; Pienza (20 minutes), a UNESCO world heritage site, at the beginning of the Val d\'Orcia and the city of Siena (50 minutes), one of the jewels of Tuscany, famous for the medieval joust, \"The Palio di Siena\", which is run on 2nd July and 16th August.

For fashion lovers the Valdichiana Outlet Village (25 minutes) is full of the biggest designer names at lower prices.

Perugia international airport is 1 hour 20 minutes away.
