Verwohntes Objekt, mit vielen Mängeln, defektes Mobiliar, Kücheneinrichtg. unkomplett, Bad mit Schimmel und diversen Defekten. Schwankender Wasserdruck, der über Besitzer zeitl. eingegrenzt , geregelt wird. Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar (Möbel defekt, steiler Aufgang, kein Sonnenschutz, schräger Boden etc)Mängelliste an Eigentümer erteilt.Matratzen, Fenster u. Fensterläden gut, Spül- u. Waschmasch. gut
