Modern, compact yet fully equipped studio on the first floor of a new-built residential building.
Harringay's main shopping street, Green Lanes, is a busy, cosmopolitan high street. Some shops have a long-established presence. Others reflect the more cosmopolitan nature of Green Lanes and include a large number of Turkish bakeries, grocers, cafes and a growing cluster of restaurants. There are several pubs including the Grade II listed[9] and Pevsner-noted 'Salisbury'.[10] Parts of the 1980 film The Long Good Friday[11] and the 1992 film Chaplin[12] were shot there.

Towards the southern end stands the well-preserved, Victoriana-laden 'Beaconsfield' public house. Opposite is the Arena Shopping Park which contains a handful of national multiples outlets, a Sainsbury's supermarket, and one of Britain's first "drive-thru" McDonald's restaurants.
A large section of the eastern side of Green Lanes is called Grand Parade. Interrupted only by the gaps introduced by the residential roads running eastwards, Grand Parade runs for nearly half a kilometre from just north of Harringay Green Lanes railway station to St Ann's Road.[13]
The streets to the west of Green Lanes are known as the 'Harringay Ladder' (due to their similarity to a ladder when seen on a map). The streets to the east behind Grand Parade are known as 'The Gardens'. To the south of 'The Gardens' and Sainsbury's is Harringay's 'Warehouse District'; to the north is 'Woodlands Park'.[14]

Additional bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day
Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)
Baby equipment hire – £30 (includes baby cot without bedding, baby bath, and high chair)
In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please book in advance to ensure availability:
£80 until 5 PM
£120 from 5 PM to 10:30 PM
£200 after 10:30 PM (due to added taxi costs)

- Only the guests listed in your reservation may stay overnight. Contact us if you’d like to invite visitors.
- Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
- Please treat the space with care. Do not move or remove furniture and items—you may be charged for damages or excessive cleaning.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
2. Respect for Neighbours
- Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud music, shouting, or gatherings).
- Please do not engage with neighbours—contact us via chat or call in urgent situations.
- Drones and other unmanned vehicles are not allowed without permission.
3. Fire Safety
- No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard.
- No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns.
- Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes.
- Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits.
- EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness
- Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment.
- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee.
- Pets must never be left unattended.
- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

2. There are two key boxes on the wall at the intersection of Colina Road and Green Lanes— open the box on the left (code available at your confirmed check-in time in this app's 'Door codes' section) - it contains APARTMENT KEYS ONLY.
3. Access the building through the glass door facing Colina Road - open them by typing the "key" button followed by 9247 on the interphone. Note this code for future use.
4. Studio 6 is on the ground floor to the left.
