Why Luxury Villa at park Duinzicht (house 701)?

When you enter this detached, modern furnished holiday home, you will find everything you need for a well-deserved holiday. From the entrance area, you access a storage room – perfect for bicycles – and a separate toilet with washbasin. The spacious, bright living room features a comfortable XXL sofa and two armchairs. Around the corner, the dining table connects to the fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm).

A spiral staircase between the living and dining area leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms, each with a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be separated if desired. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, double washbasin, and toilet, offering a high level of comfort and luxury.

The green garden with its south-facing, partly covered terrace is ideal for social evenings. The outdoor fireplace adds extra coziness, while sunny spots in the garden invite you to fully relax. Parking for one car is available directly in front of the villa; additional cars can be parked at the Hotel Duinzicht car park, approx. 100 m away.
