Our studio is composed of:

- a kitchen with a sofa and storage
- one bedroom with quality bedding 140x200
- a walk-in shower room,
- a terrace in the shade of the plane trees and view of the fountain


The studio is fully equipped for a pleasant stay:

- Air conditioning
- WIFI and connected TV (netflix access and other applications)
- Washing machine
- Bed linen
- tea, coffee, sugar for your first awakening


The equipped kitchen will allow you to make good dishes:

Le studio est fonctionnel : Clim, lave-linge. Cependant quelques défauts sont à noter : odeur de cigarette, volet qui ne se ferme pas correctement à l’entrée. La localisation du studio fait que le passage des automobilistes se ressent beaucoup au niveau sonore.

Logement pas terminé

Studio non sécurisé les volets ne pouvant pas être fermés correctement . Les baies vitrées n'avaient aucun film pour éviter d'être vu de l'extérieur. Aucun porte manteaux, donc on pose ses vêtements sur le fauteuil ou canapé. Salle d'eau pas terminée d'être aménagée, pas de rideau de douche, donc sol toujours très mouillé. Le studio se trouve au coin de la place et sur un carrefour, très bruyant Comment se fait il que ce logement puisse être donné en location alors qu'il n'est pas terminé.
