Villa Jagoda, Pomer is a front line to the sea, luxury, 3 bedroom , air conditioned villa which sleeps 1 to 6 people just 6 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, Pomer Marina and a variety of local bars and restaurants. This villa is in peaceful nature reserve just next to the sea. It is an excellent biking area with the famous Kamenjak peninsula.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put external umbrellas in the entrance hall please move any external cushions into the entrance hall.
Please pull the pool cover over the pool. Please check that the pool night time under water light is switched off on the small pool pump house by the switch on the outside.
Please put rubbish in the correct coloured bin and pull bins onto the middle of the road, when you leave so they’re visible for collection. They will not take the rubbish otherwise. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
