Its just a 15 minute walk to the centre of town where you will find an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Solihull train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment - From here there are trains to Birmingham New Street station taking less than 20 minutes. Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment.



Getting Around:

Being in such a great location, the whole of Solihull is entirely walkable from the apartment. It's just a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the main shopping district. There are regular busses into town taking less than 10 minutes. Solihull train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment - From here there are trains to Birmingham New Street station taking less than 20 minutes. Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



Guests have access to the residents gym with the key fob (guest use of facilities is at their own risk).



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
