About this property
Bezalel - Sky Suite - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6
The Seventh Floor of Bezalel Seven. Jerusalem insiders will recognize this address as a prime location in the City of Gold. Allow yourself to be swept up to our magnificent artistically curated suite, with exquisite design and modern luxury amenities in each room. The suite comprises three connected but independent studios, each named after one of Israel’s greatest painters and decorated with his prints. Each has its own furnished balcony with stunning panoramic views. Prepare to be astounded.
Detail:
We have thoroughly renovated and upgraded a suite of three exquisite and aesthetic studio apartments, each with an exceptional view of Jerusalem’s skyline and landscape.
That amazing vista complements an aesthetic grey-shaded interior, enhanced by luxurious tech, state of the art entertainment and appliances, with brilliant design taste.
Each studio measures 23-25 sqm including a spacious furnished balcony with coffee table seating for two. Each unit is independent and self-contained, with a full private bathroom and identical luxury furnishings and amenities. And each with a stunning view of the city and sky.
Friends and colleagues traveling together as well as families may also have the option of reserving the whole three-room suite, enjoying a shared hallway joining the studios and exclusive use of the suite’s laundry room, equipped with a quality washer and dryer.
Each self-contained apartment is similarly equipped and laid out, but each is distinctively decorated with gorgeous prints of the painter celebrated by that unit. The Schatz Studio #3 (25 sqm) is a bit larger than the Gutman (#1) and Rubin (#2) studios at 23 sqm.
Each boasts a spacious furnished balcony with seating for two, a coffee table, and breathtaking views.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Your suite is located on Bezalel Street, a small but strategically located street in West Jerusalem. You’re at the heart of the vibrant and bustling new city, virtually across the street from the famed Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall and the Downtown Triangle which is the commercial center. Supermarkets and convenience stores are minutes away. You’re also minutes from the light rail.
You’re just down the road from Jaffa Road, which runs from the central train station and bus stations all the way to the Old City. So it’s super-easy to get everywhere. A brisk walk or quick rail trip will take you to the ancient walled town. Inside are historical and spiritual sites of three religions, all walkable, minutes away.
Just down the street is the Machane Yehuda fresh-produce market, its stands filled with just harvested fruits and vegetables, and small shops, its crowded lanes dotted with the best coffee places in town and exotic ethnic restaurants. Your taste buds are sure to be over-stimulated.
Or stroll just down the street to the top of the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall. You’re likely to find street musicians playing, people hanging out, and souvenir shops, from morning till the wee hours. The Downtown Triangle’s narrow alleys are lined with tasty restaurants and coffee shops, ethnic specialty stores, and music bars.
Down the street is Independence Park, a haven of green and shade. Take a mid-day snooze or have a picnic, just like the locals do. Or just cut across it to reach the Mamilla Mall and beyond it, Jaffa Gate, portal to the intensely magical Old City.
Walk a few minutes to enter mystery-filled Mizkeret Moshe, a tradition-rich Yemenite neighborhood, trendy Nachlaot favored by art students, or verdant, spacious Rehavia and Talbieh residential districts, steps away by foot.
Or, for a completely different cultural experience, stroll across Jaffa road to reach the orthodox religious neighborhoods of Geula and Mea Shearim, where ancient traditions and traditional garb are the norm. With respect for their customs, be sure to dress modestly there.
GETTING THERE
BY TAXI OR SHERUT
From Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) airport, the quickest way to your suite is by private taxi. (The price will be around $80 for up to 4 people.) There are also shared taxis (called “sheruts”), which can be found on Level G outside the arrivals hall, costing about 20$ per person.
BY TRAIN
Take the train (takes 25 minutes) from the lower level of the airport to Jerusalem’s Navon station. A ticket costs about $6-7. From there, cross the street to the Central Bus Station and take the light rail to the Jaffa Center stop and walk 5 minutes over to Bezalel Street. Or hail a taxi to bring you to Bezalel 7.
BY BUS
Take a shuttle bus (Bus 485) from the airport (Terminal 1 or 3) into Jerusalem 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. On Shabbat (Friday evening and Saturday) there is a more limited schedule. Once you reach the Central Bus Station, you can take the #18 bus (running every 10 minutes and stopping on nearby King George).
