This magnificent but cosy flat is located very close to the centre and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. 
It is an 80 m² flat on floor number 1, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the courtyard of neighbours.
The other contains two single beds of 90 x 200 cm each, wardrobe, and also has access to the same courtyard.
There is a second bathroom, complete with a shower cabin with shower tray.
The living room is an integrated space with the open plan kitchen and the dining room where you will find a large Smart-TV, a very spacious sofa, 2 armchairs and a marble table.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
There is also a balcony with a small table and two chairs overlooking the shopping street.
There is a high speed WIFI internet connection which allows you to work remotely.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat and pets are not allowed.
Calle Zamora leads to the "Plaza del Charco", "playa del muelle", "Paseo San Telmo", etc, and is surrounded by narrow streets where it is a pleasure to take short walks and enjoy the atmosphere and the people who come to its shops, bars and cafes.
It is worth bearing in mind that it is possible to find a parking space nearby. As it is so central, it is difficult to find a parking space. There is an underground car park in front of the town hall about 300 metres away. Another option is to park for free on the esplanade next to the fishing pier. From there it is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the flat.
