New Tuscan Villa with Pool

Stay in this new-generation villa which at the same time reflects the rustic Tuscan style with your family. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for one and a half, kitchenette, bathroom and large private garden with swimming pool. The private swimming pool measures 6x5x1.50 meters deep, complete with a solarium with sunbeds, umbrellas, two gazebos, barbecue. The property is accessed via a private road surrounded by cypresses, oleanders, and a private gate. It has a double entrance and an internal spiral staircase.

Located between Pisa, Siena, and Grosseto, the villa provides quick access to Tuscany's beautiful art cities. Set within 6 hectares of parkland and a private garden, it features trails for pleasant walks and trekking. Casa Vacanze Porrine is 40-60 km from Volterra and Siena, and just 35 km from the stunning beaches of Follonica and Punta Ala. Nearby, a turn towards Leccia leads to the excavations of "Aque Populoniae," the largest Etruscan and Roman thermal complex. Additionally, just 12 km away in Sasso Pisano, the Biolago offers relaxing thermal waters, including a caldarium at 36°C, a tepidarium, and a photo-purified lake.

Built-in June 2023, with particular attention to the finishes and materials (roof covering in ancient roof tiles and local chestnut beams). Whenever possible, guests will be offered a basket of organic fruit and vegetables with the possibility of purchasing local BIO extra virgin olive oil. The villa also has a shaded box for a car park.
