La casa está espectacular pero necesita arreglar un par de cosas

La casa es preciosa, amplia, con buenos accesos y muy cerca de la playa. En invierno está todo cerrado pero ya nos lo avisó la dueña. Para el frió no está preparada y diría que para el calor tampoco que no vinaire acondicionado. A nosotros la luz saltaba cada dos por tres y nos quedamos sin bombona de butano para el agua caliente. En cuanto lo comunicamos la dueña.se ofreció a solucionarlo. El salón conseguimos tenerlo más o menos a buena temperatura pero las habitaciones estaban muy frías, las de las.dos plantas. El resto de cosas bastante bien, mucha vajilla,icho sitio para todo, evidentemente como estaba vacío el pueblo se aparcaba en la puerta, las camas cómodas. El tema temperatura y luz era el único pero. Si lo corrigen será una casa de 10.

Gracias Javier por tu comentario. La casa está reformada recientemente casi en su totalidad y hace poco que nos dedicamos a esta actividad. Poco a poco iremos mejorando y terminaremos de ponerla a punto. En el último cambio de compañía electrica habían bajado la potencia contratada, ya está solucionado el asunto del diferencial. Un abrazo.
