City of Carmel requires us to rent for a Minimum 30 Days, however, guests are not required to occupy house for entire time. We are a brief 5 minute walk to world famous restaurants, art galleries and shops in downtown Carmel and within walking distance to the beautiful white sand beaches/ocean of Carmel. Our lovely, 2 level home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (and add'l powder room), spacious living room, dining area, kitchen and comfortable family room area. Comcast TV service provided in the family room and all bedrooms (each bedroom has its' own television). Ethnic decor throughout the home is unique, interesting and well appointed. We have traveled all over the world and love meeting new people from all cultures.
Two decks provide scenic views of beautiful foliage and wildlife sightings (deer, birds, etc) off of the living room and one of the bedrooms. Large windows throughout allow natural light in, creating open and inviting spaces while still offering a sense of privacy. The long driveway provides ample parking for several vehicles. Available for your convenience is a 2 car portion of our 3 car garage (upon request) at no additional charge.

We are both busy doctors and after our children grew up we found ourselves staying in our house in Carmel only intermittently and spending more time on our ranch, 1 hour from Carmel, where we also produce olive oil. Our house in Carmel is truly beautiful. It is nestled in a cul-de-sac and very quiet. We have owned this unique home for 20 years. Carmel, known as an artist's haven, is a charming town with wonderful restaurants, boutiques, creative architecture, and a pristine beach, which in some seasons is a surfing paradise. We are close to town so you can leave your cars on our long driveway and explore the village or walk to the beach. We have traveled the world and brought back art and artifacts which adorn our house. We love having guests to share our little treasures. When we travel we love to stay in people's homes. Consider our house your home away from home.

Only a 5 minute walk downtown and you are in the midst of the most amazing restaurants, unique shops and interesting art galleries. Or enjoy a brisk, early morning walk for a cup of coffee at one of Carmel's delicious coffee houses. So much to do in our small community of Carmel.
