Saltwhistle is a spacious, coastal home just a few minutes walk from the beach at Bracklesham Bay. A perfectly equipped house with large, vaulted extension looking out onto a landscaped lawn with olive trees, the property is ideal for family and friends to enjoy a relaxing coastal break.

The house features a large, open plan kitchen/living/dining space with huge vaulted ceiling and glass sliding doors to the landscaped garden, meaning the space is bursting with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features Neff appliances, dishwasher, bean to cup coffee machine and dining table to seat 8.

Saltwhistle has three beautifully appointed bedrooms (2 king and 1 twin), furnished with towels and linen and two bathrooms; one with walk in shower and one with bath.  Saltwhistle has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and rear access to the garden. The property has outdoor furniture including an outdoor dining table, and a charcoal BBQ for your to enjoy sunny evenings.

Ideal for families Saltwhistle has a cot and high chair available, is situated on a quiet residential avenue and is dog friendly. The property has private driveway parking for 2-3 cars.

The location is fantastic for outdoorsy people who love beach days, walking, wind surfing, kitesurfing, surfing and paddle boarding. Saltwhistle is located minutes from thriving Bracklesham Bay beach and local cafe’s, restaurants and watersports hire shops. East Wittering Village with its bountiful range of shops, cafes and restaurants is 5 minutes in the car.

Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short cycle or drive away.
